I just purchased a 1.6l Transit connect XLT LWB cargo van for my work (average 45,000 plus a year with approx. two thirds open road @ 70mph.  Last two vans both over 350,000 with regular conventional  oil changes and additive Prolong (neither burned a drop oil). What is recommend to achieve a similar experience with the 1.6l.   PS  Just turned 10,000 with a average of 24.5 mpg fully loaded  ( approx. 1000lbs )
